Cave Dwelling & More

By Steve Ekness

Ever had the concept to go cave dwelling to see bats The trouble about this type of exploration is that it needs the discoverer to into a particularly dark cavern, where nothing can be seen. What sort of materials would one need for this type of excursion or outing?

The best way to start this type of excursion is generally to use a headlamp that fits securely over the head. These head lights actually fit over the same way a cycle helmet would only you would be attaching the light to the front of your hear.

These lamps come in a selection of light types the best for saving energy are LED light which work well to emit as much light as feasible without wasting energy. A new type has emerged now the Xenon LED headlamp. Ever drive a vehicle with Xenon lights, these lights are very bright and often times drivers are under the impression that low beams are bright.

The benefit is a further viewing distance allowing drivers to be aware of animal life crossing the streets. When drivers incidentally hit a deer or other animals, there's potential for major vehicle damage, or perhaps perhaps a dangerous auto wreck by losing control of the car. These Xenon LED lights work to give a walker or cave dweller that same type of view but one foot.

Because these are based on LED lighting they don't waste the battery the way normal incandescent bulbs, and now are brighter than normal lighting. The long distance of these lights allows for hikers or cavern dwellers to see dangerous owls, or predators hiding in trees. Often many animals are scared by the brilliant light and will avoid the walker for fear of their hiding place being compromised. But in the event of a deadly animal that is not terrified we always recommend carry protective gear and weapons for backup.

Cavern dwelling and hiking are really exciting activities, and with the correct tools outside hunters can have a wonderful time and forget about there concerns. Just don't forget to travel safe and carry additional supplies, better safe than sorry.
