When looking for guidance, inspiration and healing, Arizona has a lot to offer. More specifically, visiting a Sedona Wellness retreat can provide all this and more. For, Arizona has the only residential based educational retreat which offers juicing, cleansing, detoxing and other programs.

Unlike a spa or hotel, these retreats often have more of an upgraded bed and breakfast feel. Although, unlike a bed and breakfast, individuals will be guided through a number of therapies, educational and nutritional talks and demonstrations to help overall health and well being on a life long basis. In most cases, clients are searching for different types of practices to increase well being.
