Further more, employers would be taking consideration the fact that these additional workers will generate more income for the company.Will these added workers be able to produce profitable output?

The next step is to reassess that the additional workers is not so expensive. Workers are ensured that legit screening of employees are done right inside the companies before deployment to several establishments. This may be a costly recruitment process but it would be to the company's benefit. In this way, employers can avoid wrong delegation of workers in the work place and avoid additional cost for retraining. However, be careful with illegal recruitment agencies. They are rampant nowadays. Looking for the rightand secure agency should be carefully done. Obviously,there are times that low rating can somehow aid in improving the labour demand. Workers tend to be productivethan lobbying around the work area. Investors are more likely exert more effort for positive production. More investors for a new business render more work for constituents, thus more income for the nation.As such, high labour demand would mean high labour supply, hence, lesser percentage of unemployed people.
