It was in 1999, where another baseball team from San Francisco created customized figures with the face of their ace player. In the middle of their game, they started distributing the souvenirs that became a hit for baseball collectors and fans.

This development, altogether with decreased manufacturing expenses, are the cause of their rapid and strong comeback, wherein the markets were selling models that resemble the faces of prominent celebrities, individuals, and icons. By 2000, they have manufactured different variations that include mini bobbleheads, nodder banks, and computer sitters, altogether with air freshener items. Different organizations have adapted to personalization of figures and offered them to numerous consumers.
