Just because your toddler is not old enough to really understand the process of choosing their toddler Halloween costume and trick or treating door to door, or carving the Jack-o'-Lantern, or any of the lore or history behind this special occasion, that simply does not mean that they cannot be included with the adults and the older children who are celebrating as ghouls, ghosts, goblins, mummies and pirates.
