This is found running across the Miiyazu Bay at the northern Kyoto Prefecture. However, it is said that the spot with the best view of it is on the hills at the other side of the bay. They also say that for you to in fact see the bridge in heaven instead of just a really long sand bar is that you have to first face your back to the bay, bend over, then you should look from between your legs.
